2. Banquet charges 2000 + GST
3. Accompany person registration inclusive of local site seeing with packed lunch & banquet
Terms and Conditions:
• Accompanying people and children will not be allowed to attend the scientific sessions.
• PG Students should submit a Bonafide letter from the Head of the Department.
• Registration cannot be transferred.
• Transport cost is not included in the registration amount.
• Organizers will not be responsible for any mailers or information delivery failure in case the registration form is not fully filled.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
• No Refund will be given for cancellation requests received after “24th May 2025”
• All requests for cancellation must be sent to the conference secretariat in writing by email only.
• Cancellation requests for any paid registration MUST BE received by the Conference Secretariat through email to be entitled to a refund.
• REFUND for cancellation of a paid registration in case the cancellation request is received on or before 60 DAYS after deducting 30% administrative charges and cost towards refund, if any.
• Refunds, if any will be processed post-conference within 25 Working days.
• A similar mode of transfer will be adopted for a refund as the fund has been received. NO CASH refund policy.
